Michael held various leadership positions at major franchise restaurant brands including Mr. Gatti’s, Dairy Queen, Whataburger, and Papa John’s, with expertise in brand and franchise development, including developing and operating hundreds of franchise locations throughout his career. 

Michael also serves as Chief Executive Officer of HPL Capital, which is a Special Purpose Investment Platform to Develop and operate 25 Shipley's Do-Nut Locations in North Texas
